Nationwide Interlock was the best choice I made. Easy system to use, I had absolutely no issues with the machine or any service downloads the whole time I was on their service. Customer service and billing are exceptional friendly and helpful. I would suggest Nationwide Interlock to anybody who needs this service

Nationwide interlock handled all my questions that arose. I was having a hard time blowing into the system but they helped me understand what to do. Their staff is always friendly from billing to the download staff. I would recommend this company if you need this service.

My experience with Nationwide was very good. Anytime I had a question or problem I was there to answer me and direct me in the right direction. I would recommend their service to anyone needs a interlock on their car because they are very professional very reasonable.

Overall, service and billing was easy to deal with. However, on the one occasion I DID have an issue (with a malfunction of the device), the employees did not give me proper documentation, which resulted in a license suspension and violation hearing. At which point, it was nearly impossible to get in contact with Nationwide’s management, or to have them provide any documentation to SOS. Fortunately, the hearing officer ruled in my favor, saying that this is common for them to “not admit any mistakes or responsibility for malfunction of equipment”. So if you go with this provider, you should be mostly okay… just make sure you confer with your lawyer and / or Secretary of State if you have any equipment issues.

I had breathalyzer interlock device installed for a year. All the staff, down to the billing dept, are wonderful! The device was user friendly and easy to maintain. The year went by pretty fast and everybody was really really nice and helpful. My main office was the Farmington Hill office and I've been to Troy and they were exceptional as well.

My experience at nationwide Troy was an overall good experience. The billing department is easy to reach and email. Though we had a couple mix ups with billing, they had the issue fixed or answers to me within a day. The technicians were also available during the day on call if ever needed.

As frustrating as having an interlock is this company definitely helped with all trouble shooting and with making sure I had all my appointments set up. Whenever I had an appointment conflict they very quickly would accommodate a new appointment for me. When it came time to getting my license release they actually helped push my paperwork through to the DMV in a different state. Very grateful to have used this company.

I used this service for my drager device that I had to have in my car. They were always accessible and I loved that they were actually in Michigan. Staff was so helpful and I highly recommend.

Nationwide Interlock of Troy is definitely 5 star! They were very understanding, helpful, flexible and accommodating towards my needs and requirements throughout the otherwise stressful times. They don't treat you like just anothet number on their list, they treat you with respect as a human. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is facing these tough times and is in need of their service. Oh, and Mikaela is awesome!!

Nationwide Interlock was the best choice I made for my second go round at having an interlock in my car. I had absolutely no issues with the machine or any service downloads the whole time I was on their service. They gave you a helpful packet a nice little light to help you not fail any tests they want you to be successful in your endeavor with the Interlock. Customer service and billing are exceptional friendly and helpful. I would suggest Nationwide Interlock to anybody who unfortunately needs this service

After an issue with the reminders not being received by my phone that resulted in me missing a calibration and payment date; the owner at Nationwide Interlock reached out to me to resolve the issue.They were pleasant and professional while I explained the issue I had and were willing to refund the late fee due to the circumstances.They also promised to do all they could to resolve the issue with my reminders and ensure that I get my latest schedule mailed to my house.
